Who we are
Concho is a platform operated by [legal name], [address], United Kingdom (contact: [email]). Concho connects customers with independent restaurants. Each restaurant is the seller of its food and is responsible for preparing it, for allergen information and for delivery, which it carries out with its own drivers.
For customers
- Placing an order is an offer to buy from the restaurant; the contract is formed when the restaurant accepts it.
- Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees and minimum order depend on each restaurant and the distance.
- Online payments go directly to the restaurant’s account (Stripe, Square or SumUp). Concho does not store card details.
- If you have allergies, check each dish’s allergens and call the restaurant before ordering.
- Complaints and refunds: contact the restaurant first (its phone number is on its page and in tracking). If unresolved, write to us.
For restaurants
- Signing up is free. Concho reviews each application before publishing it and may refuse or suspend it if these terms or the law are breached.
- Membership: to be listed on Concho and receive orders, the restaurant pays a monthly fee (current price shown in its dashboard), with a free trial at the start. It is charged monthly in advance by card and can be cancelled at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month. If unpaid, after a short grace period the restaurant is no longer shown.
- Commission: Concho may agree a commission on the food amount of each order with a restaurant; if so, it is shown in its dashboard and invoiced monthly.
- The restaurant takes payment into its own Stripe, Square or SumUp account and is responsible for its taxes, licences, food hygiene and allergen information.
- The restaurant is responsible for its content (photos, text, prices) and confirms it has the right to use it.
- Customer data may only be used to handle their orders and, if they agreed, to send offers through Concho.
- Either party may end the relationship at any time; commission already earned remains payable.
